Richard Opfer Auctioneering will pack and ship in-house SELECT items in this auction. What is to be packed in-house vs. third party shipper, will be at the discretion of ROA. Anything deemed too fragile, too large, or too expensive will be shipped via a professional third party shipper. No guarantees will be made with regard to "turn-around time" for shipment. If shipping time is a factor, we are happy to turn purchases over to a third party shipper. We ship via USPS or FedEx, using the most practical carrier possible. Irrespective of postage and insurance, ROA charges $25 per hour to pack and ship purchases, or any fraction thereof. Since professional shipping can be expensive, prospective bidders must factor the expense into their final bid.
